With over 20 years in technology management, I have has a wealth of personal experience building and developing service and operations teams, both internally and outsourced.

I have a down to earth style and ability to draw on my personal experience of leading transformation in organisations, service culture and new approaches to IT Service Management, IT Delivery, DevOps and Agile.

I’ve presented at various events including Women of Silicon Roundabout the Women in Tech Not Just Code community I founded, hosted panels in Cyber Security, ITSM, delivered seminars at leading events SITS (IT Service Management Show), Valiantys Enterprise Day London and for the SDI (Service Desk Institute). Ive participated on panels and roundtables for various Telegraph Business Events and Women in Tech events. I’ve even ventured into the realms of podcasting and launched the Women in Tech Not Just Code podcast.

I write personal blogs and have also featured in a number of product blogs, webinars and case studies including a video case study for her work with Atlasssian & Valiantys to implement JIRA Service Desk.
